Our reception room
We cater for receptions and festive occasions such as marriages, communions, birthdays, baptisms, etc… We look forward to offering you the use of our reception room, which can hold up to 100 table-companions.
Depending on your budget and wishes, we will put together a special menu, suitable for your festive occasion.
Moreover, when the weather is nice, it is possible to hold a finger buffet outdoors, in the park surrounding the restaurant which allows you to benefit from a lovely setting for taking your family pictures.
Again, depending on the type of function you wish us to cater for, we can provide additional services, such as flower arrangements, individual menu cards drawn up for your table-companions,...
We guarantee that we will do our utmost to make it a memorable occasion for you and your guests and will supply products and services of the highest standard.
We will apply our personal experience, talent and know-how to make your day run smoothly.
Seminars, meetings and workshops
We dispose of a conference room that not only overlooks the park and is therefore very light but that is also very spacious and can easily fit around 50 people. We would be more than happy to host your semi-residential or residential seminars.
To make things easier for you, you will find that we will provide all the material you may require during your meetings : flipchart, overhead projector, screen, etc…
Do not hesitate to contact us, however, if there is additional material or equipment you require. Depending on what is feasible, we will do our utmost to fulfil your requirements.
Upon arrival at the Lion d'Or, the lady of the house will be there to welcome you and offer you a cup of coffee. She will then take you and your colleagues or guests to the hotel, where you can sign in to your respective rooms.
To break up your morning meeting sessions, we will provide a coffee break during which you can enjoy some coffee, tea, orange juice and home-made Danish pastries with your colleagues from work.
The same applies for the afternoon, when you will be able to enjoy a coffee break in the lounge or, weather permitting, on the terrace, which should make your working day more agreeable.
In order to provide some relaxation for you during your business stay at our hotel, we offer you the opportunity to combine business with pleasure. You and your colleagues from work will be able to share a few moments of relaxation by choosing from a variety of cultural and sports events, such as horse-riding, a visit to Haras du Pin, mountain-biking, etc. during which you will discover the pleasures and heritage of the Normandy countryside.
